I’ve built and supported systems, managed vendors, and led technology and cybersecurity work. As Director of IT and Cybersecurity for a multi-organization campus, I balance daily operations with the decisions that shape what comes next.
That means I look beyond whether a tool works. I ask whether your people can use it, your organization can support it, and the investment makes sense.
