Approach

Start with the problem. Make a plan your team can use.

You may already have good people and capable vendors. The advisory helps you see how their work fits together and where you need to make a decision.

  1. Start with what’s happening.

We talk about your goals, what’s getting in the way, and what you’ve tried. You don’t need a technical brief to get started.

  2. Look at the evidence.

We look at what you have, how people use it, and what your vendors have promised. You can see what we know and what still needs checking.

  3. Decide what comes first.

Get a clear next step, who needs to own it, and what it may cost. Know what deserves attention now and what can wait.

  4. Keep the work moving.

If you need ongoing help, I can work with your team and vendors to turn the plan into progress. We agree that support together.

Know what you’re getting before we begin.

Every paid engagement starts with a written scope, deliverables, timeline, responsibilities, and fee. That might mean a focused review, a roadmap, help with a vendor decision, or a monthly advisory relationship.
